Mural Park is a new creative office redevelopment consisting of two 100,000 square foot loft buildings featuring large floorplates, 12 ft. ceilings, onsite parking, and a large public park.  The redevelopment will transform the buildings into modern creative offices while maintaining authentic grit and charm.  1901 South Sangamon will feature a newly renovated lobby and café. It has 5 stories, each 20,000 SF that can be demised to as little as 5,000 SF.  1911 South Sangamon, is four stories, a renovated lobby and 25,000 SF floorplates geared towards full floor & single tenant users.  Both 1901 and 1911 will offer on-site food options, bike storage, and roof-decks with skyline views.

Mural Park is 8 minutes south of the Central Business District (CBD) and easily accessible via I-90/I-290 and I-55.  The project is nearby the CTA and Metra stations.  Mural Park is located along the “Paseo”, a new walking & bike trail repurposed from old railroad beds. The Paseo will include gathering spaces, gardens and public art. Mural Park will serve to inspire the tenants who inhabit it, and will become a central fixture in Pilsen’s thriving neighborhood.
